 Since 2012, HR Control Solutions, LLC (HRCS) has been assisting clients with revenue cycle management (RCM), IT solutions, project management, administrative support, recruiting, and staffing. Our primary goal is to provide strategic solutions that lead to increased revenue, operational improvements, and cost-effective solutions.

Initially, clients contacted HRCS for human resources services, project management, medical billing, and recruiting. We provided extensive training to our team so that they would be knowledgeable leaders in the industries that we serviced and be able to assist clients with hiring qualified candidates, managing projects, and increasing revenue. 

We obtained clients of all sizes and were able to assist our smaller clients with strategic growth strategies to increase sales and market share. We realized early on that all clients are important and have unique goals and aspirations. 

As a result, we provided HR and staffing solutions to many industries including medical, accounting, entertainment, and logistics; to name a few. We experienced substantial growth in the medical field as our clients shared their frustrations with denied insurance claims, below average collections, and substantial medical coding errors.

We developed an internal
RCM team that assisted clients with their RCM deficiencies and provided training to clients’ staff to improve productivity and performance. Today, HRCS focuses on three primary areas: RCM, IT, and Administrative Support Services.
